Born and raised in the small town of Madera, California, Phil Medina rose from lifelong class clown to nationally recognized stand-up comedian after taking a leap of faith in 2008 that quickly placed him on legendary stages including The Ice House, The Laugh Factory, and The Hollywood Improv.
